Alistaire and the CB1 Team were extremely professional, responsive, and provided clear quotes for the renovation works they carried out at our property. They have done a fantastic job for us, commuticating regularly the progress of the works, and respecting the timelines. We highly recommend them, and we are definitely going to ask their help for future home improvements. Went to CB1 for some plumbing issues and they fixed my hot water quicker and cheaper than other quotes. They communicated excellently throughout, asking for pictures they needed over WhatsApp so that only one visit was required.

This is the second time we've used CB1 Property Services, the first occasion was some light work installing blinds to our new home. On this occasion, Alistaire and his team installed bespoke shelving to our home to give us more storage options in our kitchen and utility cupboard. His team were professional, tidy and efficient with their work and time. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend CB1 to anyone, in fact we've told our neighbours about the range of services they do and can only hope they give the team a call! Alistaire was our point of contact at CB1 Building and Carpentry for our bathroom project which involved combining the existing hallway and two smaller bathrooms. We were recommended to him by a friend. Before the project started Alistaire was very responsive when communicating and took effort to make sure we had all the information we needed to make decisions. Alistaire and his team were very efficient during the project, with minimal disruption or input required from us. Alistaire has a great design eye and his whole team paid a lot of attention to small details, as if it were their own home. It was excellent working with CB1, I hope to use Alistaire and his team again in the future and have already recommended him to our friends. Thanks!
