        We had to exchange a bracelet bought online for a ring and Richard the manager was extremely helpful and accommodating! He even cleaning my wife's existing jewellery and it came out sparkling! We often buy from here and the service is top class!

        Richard ( the manager) was extremely helpful today. My son had bent his watch clasp so the clasp wouldnt clip together. Richard made an extra special effort to fix it today so my son can wear his watch this afternoon and not be without it! Such great service! Thank you!
