I confirm that during today I called at the Cambridge store to collect my watch which had the battery replaced and I had forgotten to bring along with me my repair counterfoil slip, however the sales assistant was most understanding of the situation and subsequent to their routine questions confirming my ID, I was able to successfully collect my watch without the requirement to make a further return visit. All credit to the the sales assistant on this occasion

Very knowledgeable staff helpfull, even though it was quite buzzy, however think the staff could do with new Uniforms... looking a bit tattey.
