        We popped into the store last week and what lovely customer service from the team. Jane offered us drinks and a seat and was so attentive! My other half felt very special it was like the scene out of pretty women! Great shopping experience.

        This shop gives a very relaxing experience. On a cold winters day ,I was offered a seat and hot coffee. What a welcome !! I did purchase 2 shirts but this offer of kindness came before that commitment. ISOBEL

        An amazing experience each time I shop here. I have only recently come across this store in the Grand Arcade, however will definitely be returning again soon. All the staff I have interacted with have been beyond helpful and kind -- truly providing a personal shopping experience and makes in feel like a very high end shop. The clothes are great quality and I like the styles. Their membership program is also very rewarding.
