        Excellent customer service! I ordered a box of reeds late Tuesday afternoon and received them on Wednesday having only opted for standard delivery. I was even more impressed after receiving an email alerting me that having spotted that I accidentally paid twice, a refund had been issued. Needless to say, I will be a returning customer!

        My flute needed repair of the b-flat thumb key, and the cork needed adjustment. Both issues fixed while I waited- very friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent service all round, cant recommend highly enough!
