        I have been going to David Clulow for more than 5 years now. They are always friendly, helpful and have excellent products. I always do my eye test there. They check everything even scan behind your eyes so they can detect any disease related to your sight. Excellent service.

        I have been with David Clulow for many years, now, and I have had a whole range of eye tests, frames and lenses from them. They give an excellent, fast, friendly and person-centred service. When something needs adjusting, which sometimes happens, they always offer to put it right without question at no extra charge. They could not be more helpful and I fully recommend them.

        Despite being a busy store, they had time to take us through all of our options, and even to assist us with altering our initial decisions when we changed our minds! A thoroughly professional team, who really understand customer service. Highly recommended.

        Optician great - all perfect. Getting glasses - terrible. Spent circa 550 on a pair. Waited ages for them to apply correct coating. 2,5years later (so 6 months after warranty expired) that coating is coming off. Never used any chemicals to clean my frame or glasses so it definitely isnt a correct product. Was told that replacing my lenses will be 199. Well, this was enough for me to start looking elsewhere.
