We picked Strutt & Parker because we were impressed with the professionalism of Lawrence Brown. He was very clear in guiding us through the process, and promised to communicate regularly. He also assured us that his colleague Jennifer Conen would keep us aware of all issues, and that we would be pleased with her assistance. Everything progressed as promised. Lawrence called regularly and updated us on the market and prospects for the sale. Jen was very effective, and kept us updated on each viewing and what buyers indicated.
