Their customer service was top-notch. They were professional, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to help me.
The landlord of the property I rented through Morris Armitage Lettings Cambridge was also fantastic. They were responsive to any issues that arose and ensured that the property was well-maintained and in excellent condition.
Overall, I would highly recommend Morris Armitage Lettings Cambridge to anyone looking for a rental property in the area. Their exceptional communication, customer service, and excellent landlords make them stand out from the crowd.

Lettings manager Nethanial made false accusations regarding a pet living at the property, claiming he had been past the house several times to check (basically admitting stalking and harassment) making me feel rather uncomfortable.
More accusations were sent regarding subletting but wouldnt be put to me formally - id imagine this would be to try retain the deposit, strong memories of when I first moved into the property Nethanial was proud of the fact he had taken the deposit from the previous tenants and that they werent getting it back
Another staff member Rachel refused flat out address an issue I had with the fire alarms, saying it was my responsibility, since when has it ever been a tenants job to sort that out.
Was paying almost 2K PCM to be at the property, the least one could have asked for is some basic level of customer service.
Terrible service all round, would steer well clear!
