As a completely inexperienced and new landlord I cant praise New View highly enough. Over the past few years of renting my property they have guided and helped me every step of the way, with their friendly and professional service. Their communication and fast and efficient service is excellent. I know that my tenants are well cared for too, and so everyone is a winner! They fully live up to their ethical commitments in everything they do.

My friend and I shared a property for more than 1.5 years in Cambridge which was being managed and maintained by New View Residential Ltd. It's a beautiful property and we have many beautiful memories of our stay there. And our stay was made even more special by the letting agency, and especially Gabi, our contact agent. The people working with the agency were very prompt in responding, and were always there to help us out. We were really fortunate to have New View Residential Ltd as our letting agency. Thank you for everything. We will miss you, especially Gabi!

We rented a house for half a year with New View and were incredibly happy with them. Everyone we spoke to was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. Everything was crystal clear and handled professionally from start to finish! As a tenant couldn't hope for a better letting agency to be managing your home!
