Ms Kerry Duncan, a Lettings Negotiator, joined us throughout the journey from the viewing to the last signature, with a smiley face and professional manners, understanding the needs of our family and mediating efficiently between the Landlord and us. We have been using Belvoir as our letting agents for over a decade now and have always been extremely happy with their efficiency, courtesy and helpfulness both to us as landlords and to our tenants. All their staff are first class. Currently, Kerry is doing our lettings most speedily and Marta quickly sorting out problems. I can most highly recommend them.
