The team at Haart Estate Agent (lettings) is simply excellent and I am speechless. Ellice Wilson, one of their newest managers is simply fantastic. Our properties in Cambridge had hardly spent a day unoccupied. She recently organized to renew the tenancy agreement for one of them and I sat back to watch how quickly and efficiently this was done with an increase in the rent. I cannot not stress how professional, reliable and knowledgeable she is and would not hesitate to recommend her to whoever has difficulties marketing their properties in and around Cambridge. Edit May 2023: Unfortunately their Property Management is getting worse. Emails are not replied to or even acknowledged. Reported problems need to be chased multiple times. Problems fixed slowly, often slowler than the maximum time allowed by the contract. Needs improvement. Edit Nov 2022: Another positive experience with Edward Disley-Stevens from the Property Management Team, he quickly arranged repair for us, very good communications. Edit 2022: Another positive experience with William Garland from Heart Lettings Cambridge - swift and easy set up of new tenancy contract, thank you. Original review 2019: I had a very positive experience with Patryk from the Cambridge lettings branch of Haart. I called one morning to arrange a view of a property. Patryk was very flexible and arranged the view for my lunch break on the same day. Later, still on the same day, he called me telling me that I was accepted by the landlord. From that it was an easy online process and Patryk kept me informed about the progress. I can highly recommend him and Haart Cambridge.

BEST EXPERIENCEI am so lucky to met a brilliant agent (Jamie) who was very professional and efficiently! Jamie picked up any queries and got back to me very quickly with the response. He was very helpful and kindness. Finally we are successfully getting a new home. I also wanted to say thanks for Haart Estate Agents and (Patryk), they were really nice and helpful follow up my case.
