I had a wonderful facial with the lovely Elizabeth today. I went in feeling a bit like a flat battery, the menopause has taken away a bit of my sparkle & I was looking for a bit of care, relaxation & rejuvenation and boy did I find it! Elizabeth is nurturing & made me feel really cared for. The heated bed with blankets was like being cocooned in a nest! Elizabeth used gentle but effective pressure & techniques to bring my skin back to life but to be honest the biggest benefit I found was feeling a deep sense of relaxation & wellbeing. Sure my skin looks great but it was more than that. I felt like I had taken a deep breath out & finally relaxed for 90 minutes. Such an amazing experience. I will be back for another treatment as soon as possible.

My massage was truly transportive and transformational! I was invited into a warm and cozy oasis where the lovely therapist took the time and care to ask me questions to best tailor my treatment. It was a dream. My aches and fatigue melted away, my mood soared. This is a secret weapon for any knackered parent! I will be back. Thank you so much :)

Highly recommend Elizabeth. Got her holistic facial, and it was 60 mins of pure bliss. The service was very reasonably priced, and the space is clean and relaxing.
