I had been suffering with a reoccurring shoulder, neck, lower back problem, which would leave me in pain and sometimes not able to move freely. However, after seeing Lesley, even after just one session the pain eased and I was able to move my shoulder and neck. I took a course of sessions over a period of time and havent looked back, Lesley was also able to show me exercises on how I could improve and relive tension in my neck/back in order to help prevent any reoccurrence. I would highly recommend Lesley, she is a life saver.
