Travelled 2 hours for a spa day with massage included. I confirmed my booking my telephone after I had booked online. When we arrived we were told that its incorrect. Theyre booking system shouldnt have let us book it so there must have been an error and the lady that took my call no longer worked there and probably didnt even look at our booking when confirmed. They still went ahead with the treatments as it was their error however if we wanted to use the spa it would be an extra 100. I feel that we should have still been able to use the spa and our whole booking should have been honoured. Wouldnt return! Not worth a 2 hour journey for a massage.

Very good massge treatment here, especially for the price you pay. Only downside is they lock the doors if all the staff are busy, and don't answer their phone. Meaning that if you want to talk to someone because you're early for your appointment, or waiting to be seen, you just have to wait until someone comes to see you.

Qi Spa has made some huge leaps the last six months! Booking is massively simplified with their app. Under Emma theres been training up of staff and refining of the facilities. Emma is amazingly well trained and performs deep tissue massage fabulously. Theres also a massage club if youre looking for regular therapy at a very reasonable rate.
