The service and repairs department was so bad I decided to sell my Jaguar to avoid dealing with them anymore. That's not an exaggeration. Notice that the positive reviews are all sales. Every repair or service takes 4 weeks to get to diagnostics and then another few weeks to get them to do anything. They'll book you in, only to reschedule because they don't have the loan car you booked. When you do get your car seen, they have a habit of telling you it's "fixed" only to have the problem reoccur immediately, putting you back in the long queue to have them see it again. Enough. Sold it on and bought a Genesis instead.

I bought a Jag through Grace who couldnt have been better to deal with as she pulled off the right balance of being professional, understanding and helpful. I had to delay purchase due to both a bereavement and an operation. Throughout that time she kept in touch but without being pushy and showed great patience, even with my lack of IT skills. A credit to her profession and organisation. She has restored my faith in Marshalls from a bad experience some years ago.

Highly recommended dealership. Travelled 2 hours to view a used vehicle with some nervousness but the vehicle was better than expected. Once bought the vehicle was prepared to an extremely high standard and I couldnt be happier. I would happily use them again.
