I have only had Cambridge Fibre's broadband for a couple of days, so I can't comment on that aspect. Although it has been stable since installation. What I can comment on is the service I have received so far from all the members of the company I have dealt with. In one word: outstanding. From Simon at sales, explaining to me my options, finding connection dates that would work around my schedule, giving me advice on the different packages. I never felt Simon was pushing for a hard sale. In the end, the decision was easy, they have a package that is cheaper than my current one, faster and more stable (I hope). The installation team (sorry I forgot your names) was just as good. A few weeks earlier, even before I had committed to anything, they knocked on the door to explain where my connection on the street pole was, and possible routes of the cabling into my house. On installation day, they were on time, polite, flexible and a lot more knowledgeable than I expected. They ensured everything was working, the speeds were as expected and that I was happy. I would highly recommend Cambridge Fibre.

Getting an install date was painful!! Aside from that, it's been a solid service over the last 2 years. I've had a few comms with support and they've helped me set up a guest-wifi network, resolve WiFi signal issues and update the router. For me, post-install support and price are key. I'm on the residential 33/month for 200mb up/down. Support have been excellent. Definitely recommend Cambridge Fibre

I should have been connected some 6 months ago and I am still waiting. My assumption is they have taken on too much work and can not facilitate the work. My biggest issues is the lack of communication from Cambridge Fibre.
