At My wits End, have been trying to contact Air Broadband, By submitting a request email, and phoning. But they must all be on holiday. I got in a que spent 4hours getting to number 1, then it just went dead. How can you run a business like this ? Or have they gone bust ? Just don't understand how customer service can be so poor, City Fibre you need to look into this before it not only affects customers but also your business . Poor poor poor

Moved over to these from Virgin Media as City Fibre have the laid fibre in Derby city . Our broadband was installed at 15/02/23 and today 06/03/2023 and no service yet! To get in touch mission impossible. 8hours waiting on a phone! No answer! Customer service is disrespectful. Called city fiber man was so rude said basically we are have no control over what's going on with air broadband and put the phone down on me... Advice avoid these companies ?
