        Surveyor came round to quote for cavity wall insulation and some minor brickwork repair. However, quote was not received after 2 weeks, even after asking for it a few times (and even after asking that the brickwork repair element be removed from the quote)

        Not impressed at all, came and done a survey for cavity wall insulation. Told us that they could not insulate our cavity walls because they were actually solid walls. Got another survey done from another company who informed us that we had cavity walls and they will come and complete the requested insulation within 2 weeks. The second company checked Orion's test drill holes and found that they had not even drilled deep enough to reach the cavity. I would not even give Orion 1 star but had to add 1 star to give the review. I would never recommend this company to anyone
