Pretty nice place near the station. Does more interesting curries and such than a standard Indian in the UK. Service was fast and friendly. I was slightly disappointed by the Murgh Masala. Maybe being a Masala they assume people don't expect much given the Tikka variety, but it really lacked flavour - honestly just tasted like a slightly spiced up can of Cream of Tomato. The other meal we ordered was tasty though, as were the starters, so possibly just a miss.

This is a superb place to dine at. I had a chicken biryani, shared some Mysore lamb and some fabulous chips. The service was top class and the atmosphere was great. Vegetarian options: There is a vegetable biryani, plus other vegetable dishes.

Nice atmosphere, overall polite staff and the food was tasty. However, in the 2 hours we were there, probably 20 times the staff came to the table to ask if we want anything else, after the 3rd time we finally picked up the hint to quickly pay the bill and leave (or keep ordering more stuff). We still hadn't finished our beer, and it felt like we were made to feel uncomfortable for not leaving already. It is one thing if we're told "This table is free until 7:30", it's another thing to be made to feel uncomfortable for not speed drinking your beer to free up the table. After all, it is a nice, not inexpensive Indian restaurant, not a fast food diner, the maximising table turnover shouldn't be at the expense of customer's comfort. And of course the 12.5% service charge which I wish I didn't give, but didn't want to make a deal in front of my friend who booked the place for us.
