Its been an unfortunate waste of time for all of us, I think. We (my husband and I) signed up for fortnightly cleaning, had a free estimate for the time required for our home, and on our first visit the cleaner was unable to complete the job - so our main floor (living room + kitchen) were not done. We gave TidyMaid the benefit of the doubt, reserving our opinion for our second cleaning visit. Unfortunately, on this time, the cleaner was a no-show. (Turns out she had forgotten.) Ive tried ringing the TidyMaid office a few times now to sort out a solution but theres been no answer. My husband also has been trying to get in touch via telephone and email. Im sure that if they actually show up for their clients the service is great, and it seems in the past this was once the case, but currently working with them is a gamble. I cant say that I would trust them. It seems their good reviews are mostly from a few years ago - so perhaps hold off on choosing TidyMaid for now.
