Holiday Inn Express Cambridge, an IHG Hotel

As frequent visitors to Cambridge, my family and I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express numerous times and have always enjoyed our stay. The hotel's location, amenities, and overall atmosphere have made it one of our favorite stops. However, on our most recent visit, we experienced some disappointing and unprofessional behavior from one of the hotel's team leaders, Antony Maguire. Unfortunately, Mr. Maguire's attitude towards us was rude and dismissive, giving us the impression that he believed he owned the hotel. This behavior was particularly disheartening as we have always found the staff at the Holiday Inn Express to be friendly and accommodating. Mr. Maguire's demeanor left a lasting negative impression on our stay, and we will be hesitant to return to the hotel with our family in the future. Despite this unfortunate incident, we still love the hotel and appreciate the many positive experiences we have had there in the past. We hope that the management team will take steps to address Mr. Maguire's behavior and ensure that guests are treated with the respect and professionalism that we have come to expect from this establishment. We look forward to visiting the Holiday Inn Express again in the future, and we hope that our next experience will be a more positive one.

Rooms and staff are lovely However, the breakfast is a nightmare Tiny area in the corner for a huge number of people. The food was refreshed well on occasion but other times it was bare, felt like a scavenger trying to survive! The fruit didn't look the nicest either Location I'd great if you need business park but you'll need to drive to go to most places
