An excellent stay at a lovely hotel with fantastic staff. From the Manager Dora to Reception staff Lauren and Brooke as well as others, everyone was more than exceptional in delivery of service and professionalism. Nothing was too much. Service was always with a smile. The hospitality is second to none. The rooms are well appointed and facilities are very good,but it is the staff are what make this hotel what it is. Parking is costly at 23/day on site and their is little availability elsewhere. Located in a very central part of Cambridge, it's an easy commute just about anywhere. I would be happy to stay again.
