We were coming back from Finland and booked a room here as there was no trains to get back to York, we were worried about arriving late but the host was very kind about it and made sure that our stay would be nice and easy.
We had a good nights rest from lots of traveling, I cant complain :)

-Located a short walk away from train station
-Room was relatively spacious and clean
-Super quiet even with windows open
-Very friendly and helpful staff, they were happy to store our luggage in a secure locker
-Well-stocked amenities and toiletries
-Great value for money
Cons:
-Located far away from city centre, 25min walk on busy roads
-Not many restaurants nearby in the evening
-Secure but finicky door code
-Very cramped stairwell, difficult to carry heavy suitcases up 3 flights
