My vehicle unfortunately broke down and was recovered to the dealership for repair. Even though it was late on a Friday afternoon and a stressful situation. The whole dealership were thoughtful professional and went above and beyond to help. The service manager Mr Ian Sutton in particular was brilliant and a credit to the company.

In mid February 2023 we decided to buy a Honda Jazz SR because it was the best hybrid small car on the market. So we visited the John Banks Honda showroom in Cambridge, our nearest Honda dealership. On our arrival we met Paul Collins a very friendly and helpful salesman who kindly showed us round the Jazz and made us aware of all its great features. We were impressed by the Jazz, so Paul suggested we have a test drive before deciding. A few days later we came back and took out the Jazz for a test drive. We were a little apprehensive at first because the Jazz is an automatic and we were not accustomed to driving this type of car. Paul quickly reassured us and instructed us on how the automatic gears worked. The test drive went extremely well, so we agreed to buy. We asked if John Banks would do part exchange for our old car, a Renault Clio. Paul checked our car over and made us a great offer, which we accepted. Paul informed us that a white Jazz was soon arriving at the docks and it would be ready for delivery in about two weeks. Two weeks later the Jazz was indeed ready for us to pick up. Prior to our pick up we paid for the car by online banking, which was very convenient. On arrival at the showroom again, all the paperwork was carried out very efficiently and soon after that we were the proud owners of a brand new Honda Jazz. The whole experience was carried out in a very friendly, efficient and professional atmosphere. We just love the car, it drives like a dream. We will be back in a couple of weeks to see Paul, at his invite, to see how we are getting along with all the advanced technology of the car. We look forward to that visit.
