Great colourists. My root colour and gloss lasted a lot longer than other places where it seems to wash out!

I came to the salon and asked for a simple haircut. I was provided with the hairdresser who turned up to not speak any English. I asked her: do you have any suggestions? And she went blank not understanding me. I wasn't even warn by the salon that this hairdresser doesn't speak English even communicate effectively and they just left me with her not understanding what I'm saying. I asked her: are you going to blow dry my hair with the round brush and she didn't understand. There was no way of explaining her what I said as no one in the salon doesn't speak her native language. I asked for my hair being just blow dried on the round brush and the person started to do curls. It was impossible to explain to her what I want so she was trying to guess and made choice herself. She sprayed my hair with the hairspray without even asking me. For such a horrible service I was asked to pay 60 pounds and soon I will have to go to fix it because I wasn't able to communicate with the person and it's necessary in this job. You need to be able to speak at least communicatively. It was traumatizing. When I said to the person to whom I paid that this is overpriced because she doesn't speak English and there is a significant barrier in communication she just said:"It takes time to pick up things" since when this is even my problem? I feel like it's so unfair not to warn me that the person doesn't speak English, take me by surprise and leave me alone with her to deal with her and charge me 60 pounds for that. It really is a fraud:(. Please be careful with them trying trick you in to this and fraud you. We all work hard for our money and we deserve efficient service and as a hairdresser you must be able to communicate or have someone to translate for you. You can't just be guessing things and do what you want. Part of this job is a communication with the client. Please be careful don't get fraud like me!!!

A few months ago I went to colour my hair and then as soon as I got home I hated it , I cried for days it was patchy and looked like a fried black wig way darker than I had wanted it. They told me to come back in and they'd fix it which I did stupidly I wanted to go lighter and they did it because my hair was virgin before the first dye but my hair was left patchy and stringy: black in some places, brown and red in I stayed quiet though it and thanked the stylist even though I wanted to cry after I got my fried multi-coloured hair half blow dried because I was on the verge of tears.. I thought I found my forever place in them I got my hair cut by them 3 separate times and loved it every time, I even spent 100 on shampoos and treatments and always tipped but they ruined my trust yet again for hair salons.. my hair is still fried and an ugly colour but I'm scared to visit another salon and I'll never go back there.
