The 6 week challenge has been a great kick start for my March 2 x half marathon training. I feel fitter stronger healthier and motivated. Great welcome from the others in the group and the trainers are all really supportive. I've loved the early morning sessions can hardly believe I've been motivated to get out of bed and training at 6.15 in rain shine and frost but have enjoyed it all and been treated to some awesome sunrises! I've also lost weight toned up and taken on nutrition tips along the way. I like this style of training as it's varied and challenging and gives you such an excellent all over workout. Thank you to all the Bootcamp team.

I joined Bootcamp Warriors in February and it has been transformational. I feel so much fitter, stronger and generally better about myself. And it's not just another fitness class, it definitely feels more like a community, with everyone helping each other to get through the session and sharing stories of their bootcamp journey. So much to love. I'll be signing up for more. Thanks, Lou, Joe, Nadine and Gerson.

Did the 6 week challenge first and felt so much better afterwards that I have now signed up for the whole year. All the instructors are friendly and supportive and I feel fitter and stronger already! Will highly recommend this bootcamp.

I took on the 6 week challenge after two years of an on-and-off fitness routine. I wasn't sure what to expect but what really surprised me was how much I enjoyed the sessions! We work out in a group setting, and exercises involve a mix of cardio, strength training and stretching. 'Bootcamp' might sound intimidating but this is a friendly and supportive environment to work out in and kickstart/recover your fitness journey. The coaches are great - they have varied styles which keep things interesting, the flexibility of daily morning and evening sessions is very convenient, and working out outdoors and the fresh air is an added bonus! I've just signed on for a whole year of bootcamp and I can't wait to see what lies in store for me!
