The bed is comfortable, there's a good shower, plenty of tea bags, a fan when it's too hot and enough electrical outlets to power up your phones and kindles. It's right next to the Grafton Centre for breakfast and less than 15 mins walk to the High Street. There's a well supplied kitchen for guest use. The price is good too, however the rooms are tiny, prepare for acrobatics to get out of bed, there are stains on the carpets, there's no breakfast, entry is by keypad code only. It was, however, the only hotel we could find at short notice during graduation. If you like cheap and cheerful this is a good spot.

The only thing I can say about this place is its by the main shopping centre. However the landlord is a disgrace and incredibly rude. The downstairs communal kitchen is filthy and smelly. The rooms are dirty and in parts of disrepair (using tissue and a flannel to block a hole under the sink in the bathroom) stiflingly hot rooms, and very hard pillows. I requested a refund and the landlord took offence and blatantly ignored me and got angry. I didn't sleep a wink in this place due to the heat and lots of noise from other guests! felt rough as hell the day after. Not happy at all!!!!!
