I placed an order and my package got lost. I can't get ahold of anyone to get my refund!

I placed an order over a month ago and yet still have not received it. I have called but was told the man I spoke with does not deal with online orders and referred me to a different number and its wrong

Over priced and get more range in most supermarkets - not really offering anything unique other than a beautiful exterior which has been ruined with the big QR code stickers in the window and the scaffolding that sorrounds it

Great sweet shop but unfortunately experience ruined by the 3 young men behind the till who effed and jeffed the whole time I was in the shop. Change your staff. Horrible to have to listen to and I am not overly sensitive.

Just visited the Wilfreds sweet shop today, on my single day trip to Cambridge. I had to leave a review telling people how helpful and approachable the staff are, I got some amazing sweets that I have never seen before. So if you are in Cambridge and you want a fun and informal location to buy sweets, definitely go to Wilfreds Price was a bit steep but the selection of sweets made up for it.
