Engineer came for service on behalf of Corgi Homeplan, decides he can just walk around with his shoes on in the house, by the time my wife realised, he's already walked around everywhere on ground floor, the same floor my baby crawls around on, where none of us walk with shoes on, yet this ignorant engineer just walks straight in, at least if you cannot be bothered to take your shoes off then put some overshoes on. After the engineer left my wife had to mop the whole downstairs because of his laziness.

Excellent customer service, a lovely engineer came out the next day and resolved our issue, leaving the place clean and tidy. Very affordable. Highly recommended.

Eddie did a great job. He came, as he promised, within half an hour of my call. He identified the problem with a faulty valve driver, returned next day, spot on time again, with a replacement and fitted it immediately. I was impressed. This is his own business. He knows that his customers count for his track record and his future. We got service that shows it.
