Terrible experience with Ford Marshall Cambridge. Purchased a 2nd hand Tesla model 3 (20k miles on the clock - so hardly driven) the range advertised was 348, range achieved 230-240 - even spoke to Tesla and they told me there was a problem with the battery if thats the range Im getting. I asked for a refund and was told sure no problem, only to be called later and told I need to have done under 1000 miles, I then catch Ubers the following days to work to avoid going over the 1000 mile limit before I return the car only to be called and told by the same guy, the used car sales manager that he made a mistake and I couldnt do over 250 miles if I want to return it. So you basically dont even get to test the battery on an electric car before their terms and conditions lock you in to owning it. They didnt answer any emails till I called after sending 3 with no replies. I would never use this company again and wouldnt recommend them to anyone. great when making a purchase then as soon as you leave the showroom customer service goes out the window
