We had never used Paul and his team before so we were a little worried about hiring someone new. We needn't have worried though as throughout the whole experience I found everyone very professional, talented and helpful. The level of workmanship and attention to detail is amazing. A very tidy crew, at the end of each day they made sure to leave the room in a state so we could carry on using it in the evening. If I ever need any carpentry work done in the future they will be the first people I think of, very happy with my new cabinets and shelves

Amazing experience with this company. They did an incredible job building a custom fitted wardrobe in our bedroom. It was a tricky job (our property is old and so no wall is straight or even!) but they managed it all so well (within our vision and budget) and we are thrilled with the result!

We have been a customer for over a decade, starting in our previous house in Cambridge. Arthan designed and fitted our kitchen, sliding door floor to ceiling wardrobes in our master bedroom, a wardrobe in our guest bedroom and a coat sliding door wardrobe and separate shoe cupboard in our boot room. All were completed to the promised schedule and to a very high standard by Paul. Ten years later and we have relocated to North Yorkshire. We asked if Paul would consider designing and fitting our bedroom wardrobes. Despite the distance from Cambridge, Paul agreed. Izabela produced exactly the design we wanted for two floor to ceiling ('his' and 'her') wardrobes and Niko and Gerald did a fantastic installation job about six weeks later. Everything is as described, to the promised schedule and to a very high standard. We really appreciate the care taken and the consultation along the way, so we got exactly what we wanted. The price was also very good - about a third less than quotes we had received from other custom wardrobe installers in our area. We are very pleased with our new wardrobes and highly recommend Paul and his team for quality, care and value every time.

Excellent quality of carpentry. Had two beautiful fittted cupboards placed, above staircase and in the loft under the roof resp. Both had to be adjusted to a bit awkward shape of the walls and location. The result exceded my expectations . The two skilled considerate carpenters Niko and Gerald arrived in time, did a stunning job, to the millimeter correct with eye for detail and clearly took pride in this. Right from the start of the design by Arthans I felt supported and treated with personal respect. Customer service staff member Izabela was very helpful and honest /swift in replies. Senior carpenter Jakob shared his expertise and responsibility and took the initiative to pass by . In fact he had advised against a more expensive (and probably less practical )option. Reallly value for money. Would ask themm again in the future.
