We worked with Auxergo for several months as they ran our validation human factors study for FDA regulatory submission. Throughout the project Auxergo had excellent organisation, commutation, and study design. From participant recruitment, protocols, to the validation study, they were exceedingly professional, patient and kept to our tight deadline. This was helped by meeting twice a week for detailed communication on the project and its progress. They also provided us with some invaluable suggestions for our device. I joined a series of human factors training courses from Auxergo. Penelope led the course and was always professional, passionate and knowledgeable in going through the human factors regulations, relevant skills, and the practical application. She is very enthusiastic and responds quickly to questions.
