        CES were the only electricians I could find quickly when I woke up to a tripped RCD on Saturday morning over the Easter weekend. Nick, who I spoke to over the phone, was very helpful in providing a few diagnostic tips that helped me figure out the source and fix it quickly. It turns out it wasnt an appliance or anything in the house wiring causing the problem, but rather a heavy duty UK to EU plug adapter. Its the typical item one forgets about or discounts, but Nicks reminder to go methodically and physically unplug everything led to finding the culprit within 10 minutes. 5 stars for being prompt and interested in helping the customer, not just in making a sale.
