Cambridge Brookmount Court test centre

I had an extremely good experience with my examiner, she was clear with her instructions and made me feel at ease during my test with her demeanour. It isnt the easiest place to get a practical test booking but if youre able to refresh every Monday morning then you should be able to find a slot a few months out. The test routes are quite straightforward and would definitely recommend choosing this test centre if youre in the region.

My experience here was great both times I attended. Failed my first test but had my second today with an examiner called Mal, he was amazing! Made me feel really comfortable and relaxed in a stressful situation, very helpful and informative throughout the test which helped me feel less stressed. A great experience with instructors both times I attended, I would highly recommend this test centre to anyone looking!

I had a very good experience today at the Brookmount Court test centre. My examiner's name was Richard and he made me feel very at ease from the first moment. He explained everything well and was incredibly jovial, it made the whole thing so much more pleasant. I could not have asked for a better examiner :) Good Luck to anyone taking their test soon!!

It was a really horrible experience. I came across an overweight male test controller with a small earring in his ear, he was a complete racist. I've been driving for 2 years, there was no situation where I did wrong or broke the rules during the exam. He didn't pass the exam on the grounds that I went slowly (a white vehicle overtaking me). I finished the exam, which should be finished in 40 minutes, in 43 minutes, on purpose, he put me on a different side street on the way back to the test Centre and took a stop and get up test. Just not to pass me through. On the way to the end, he said mobing-filled rhetoric about the fact that I have to work harder just to demoralise me. There was one of my family in the back, we both looked at each other with horrifying eyes. He was a really terrible person, it really should also be looked at how he behaved at human relationships and strangers before taking such test controllers. I'm sorry to say that after experiencing this, we couldn't do anything, we didn't determine your complaint anywhere.
