        I went in there to do my test and the screen keeper glitching and I as then to to come and have a look but they just got all up set and then as it was all glitching it messed up my scores but nothing was done about it after

        Too noisy whilst trying to do test. Very irritating as every person who came to the centre was greeted and procedure explained but my daughter who was sat close to this area could hear it all and was very distracted by it.

        Was difficult to find the right building with the banner at the entrance indicating to the wrong building number. Need to ask around to find out. Test centre staff explain the process well. There are storage lockers for bags. But better not to bring large bags because they won't fit in the locker.
