Been going here for 3 years. Generally great practice, reliable, clear process, low waiting times.

I've been with this practice for 22 years and never had a problem. Very little wait for appointments or telephone consultations. I've found communication is great. I manage care homes in the vicinity and the larger surgeries (no names mentioned but you're horrific) have you waiting at number 24 in the queue for up to an hour. If i can i will get all of the people we support into this surgery. It's a small friendly GP practice which is also part of Addenbrookes teaching for new practitioners. If people here have problems with the reception staff then address it to practice manager who i'm sure will take it under advisement.

Admin system has issues (lost paperwork, no return calls), but urgent issues and appointments are dealt with well. I think they are doing their best under tough conditions and turnover.

Dr Yeung and Dr Ellis are fantastic. One of thereceptionists Jasmine is so lovely to my mother and I.
