Arbury Surgery

Extremely concerned about accountability to patients and currently considering complaining about what I believe to be unethical practise, failure to consider patients diagnosis and treatment plans and mis representing their records of health. If like me you have concerns that you believe need further investigation do consider contacting the general medical counci /association . Faith in our practitikners is vital and I'm sad to say that after 56 years of being a patient it's time for me to consider moving to a new surgery as I have completely lost my faith. I will be requesting an exit appointment let's see if I'm allowed one !! Watch this space .

receptionists are so rude, called to ask for my results os some tests.where i was told is not there issue.despite them being the ones who told me they would give me my results

Dr Andrew Watson yesterday restored my faith in this surgery. It would seem there are still some good, diligent, knowledgeable and caring GPs left at Arbury Road Surgery. A meds review over the phone and Dr Watson was so very kind and gentle with me and seemed to understand my shituation (no, that's not a typo!) perfectly and told me what he would do to resolve things and I believe him, something very genuine about him. First time since dear Dr Mahaffey. Shot himself in the foot now though, as he's my go-to doctor!
