        This is unfortunately the worst doctors surgery Ive been a patient at. Theyve messed up countless tests, delayed referrals for issues which are very time sensitive and the attitude of receptionists and nurses is poor. Call backs are offered with no idea of time in the day. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to on this due to frustrations.

        Its Monday and GP is supposed to be open. The phone line is not working even though it is 8.17 am now. It is impossible to call GP when their phone is off.

        The answering machine is so long that you can get angry immediately. You can call a thousand times from 8 o'clock, or not hang up and wait for the queue to hear, at 8.30 that unfortunately there are no spaces for today. Just ridiculous and unacceptable. How many doctors work in this clinic? One?

        Visited the emergency dentist. I was very reassured. Amazing service. I wish I could have this as my permanent dentist practice.
