Lazy and unprofessional receptionist. Not helpful or flexible at all. Seems does not bother at all if a 9 days old baby has any problem. Disgusting and shameful.Jane, you should find a 9 to 5 job in a storehouse if you have not any empathy toward the patients.

Waited 80 minutes on phone for urgent advice on 87 year old parents. Finally reached number one in the queue only for the annoying music to change to even more annoying music and I realised that they must have gone home for the evening. I was 8th in the queue at 5.15 so they average 10 minutes per reception phone call. Is there only one person working there? I am appalled. There appears to be no other way to speak to anyone. No wonder parents refuse to even try to visit their doctor. There must be some serious neglect of elderly patients in Fulbourn.

Absolutely no compassion or understanding whatsoever. Data protection nightmare (usernames and passwords written down on sticky-notes stuck to computer monitors). The ENT specialist I saw did not feel like an ENT specialist, they did a basic nystagmus test and kept asking me one question repeatedly as if they did not believe me despite the answer being within the letters from my old specialist that were provided to them. I felt like the appointment was rushed and I did not feel that they addressed everything that they were supposed to. I have hearing loss and every other ENT I have seen have understood this and have removed their mask to enable me to lip read/avoid muffling their voice so I can understand them better- this specialist did not and I misunderstood a significant amount of what they said. While the decision to remove a mask in order to adapt to the patient's needs is the specialist's decision at the end of the day, I feel that this could have been handled better.
