        The receptionist had denied me to see a doctor twice, saying there is nothing we can do for a flu. After 8 days suffering I managed to see a doctor who confirmed that my chest is badly affected and have high tempt. If the receptionist did not deny me an appointment, I would have gone back to work by now.
