ordered twice, both times the cookie dough was hard and dry. The second time i ordered i got BARELY ANY cookie dough, you are literally a dessert company how are you bad at dessert its like youre entire thing

Just tried visiting here, and was made to feel like a criminal because I dared to walk into the cafe with a plastic container from a Costa tap water in my hand. I was planning to reuse the container later, so I didn't want to throw it away, but apparently I wouldn't be allowed to stay unless I let it be taken from me. That felt so extreme and unwelcoming that I left, and I would urge the management to rethink such stringent rules. It would have hurt no one to allow me to stay, spend money, and take my plastic container home with me, and I resent being made me feel as if I had done something wrong.

Some of the best desserts I've had. Staff are friendly. Great vibe
