        Terrible returns experience. They use Evri (aka Hermes). Booked a home collection, waited in all day Saturday. Got email at 5.30pm to say they had tried delivery. No they hadntI was downstairs for hours each side of the delivery time they stated, a camera picked up nothing. Got collected 4.30pm Monday, having waited in another day. Reported to The white companyno response. You have to pay for this return service! Will not be purchasing with them online again.

        3 weeks after placing an order I received none of the items. 7 calls to customer services, multiple promises of calls back which werent received. Such a waste of time. I now have a refund but would much rather have had the products and saved hours of time speaking with customer service. Not what I expected from this company. Very disappointed and wont be shopping with them again.
