I was stuck at the beginning of lockdown with a failed filling and without a dentist. These people have been amazing. Their emergency care is fantastic. From the receptionists to the dental surgeons, I have had nothing but compassion and going out of their way to help. They are the best dentists I have ever visited and I wish they took regular patients!

I had an appointment today as an emergency slot (my dentist had stopped doing nhs work part way thorough my treatment). I was in a lot of pain and feeling quite unwell/drowsy. Not sure of the dentists name, but he was very kind and gentle, spoke with no judgment (Ive found a lot of dentists in my experience judge you by your dental health). Gave appropriate treatment and asked to come back next week to remove the tooth once my infection has gone. Ive used emergency dentists at Peterborough before who were rude/judgemental/rough, refreshing to have a caring NHS dentist.

I had a traumatic experience the week prior to my appointment at brooksfields.. my dentist in kings Lynn attempted to remove an ankylosed tooth and couldnt, leaving me in a lot of pain. ( and a lot of pain during procedure) I was very nervous attending this appointment, but wow! The staff were fantastic and the dentist who removed my tooth ( cant remember her name) was amazing. She was so gentle and caring. I felt no pain whatsoever. The tooth took a while to remove, but I felt in such safe hands. Thank you so much! Restored my faith in NHS services. ( I paid privately before and the treatment in K.Lynn was awful) :)

Shame I can't put 0 stars as my partner rang up and the receptionist on the phone was just shocking telling him he didn't need a appointment after telling her that he needed teeth pulled out as they are black and causing him pain and discomfort after multiple dentists have told him he needs them taken out very poor for a receptionist.

I was anxious about having my bottom two wisdom teeth removed but Dr Prem Nair was absolutely wonderful. So quick and reassuring throughout. I didn't catch the name of the nurse but she was brilliant also. Thank you so much
