Harold Berry Dental Practice

Been with Harold for the last thirty-five years. My family included. Harold is no doubt capable of excellent work, with unrivalled experience and knowledge within Dentistry. He focuses very much on a preventative approach, which seems to have been successful, as my entire family has had little treatment over this period. When anything has needed to be done, it has been done well and competently. However over the last few years as he heads for retirement I have had concerns over his professionalism and behaviour. My last appointment with him was done with no assistant, no mouthwash and he was late for the appointment. Also he spends much time talking about anything and everything and not getting on with the job. Harold is entertaining, funny and quirky, if not a little mad! The madness seems to be increasing. He seems to forget that people come to his practise for dental reasons, not entertainment! These eccentricities seem to have increased over the years making me somewhat nervous in the dental chair these days! Where is this going to end?.... Maybe time to finally retire?

Great dentist - healed a tooth broken by another dentist. I don't think anyone else could do that. Apart from that, everything is perfect: service, customer approach, etc. And certainly very important - experience.

Harrold Berry, is charming, funny and will even sing to you! Apart from these attributes, he is a very fine dentist! I should have gone to him years ago.... its never too late.
