Excellent! The Manager at Cambridge (Ray) was so helpful, professional & understanding, kindly arranging an emergency appointment when they were already really busy. Elise (Dentist) was also amazing, and communicated so well throughout my appointment. They even stayed open late to accommodate me (which Id never expect them to do normally, but I *really* appreciated on this occasion!) Id recommend this practice to anyone.

Spoke with a receptionist named Lily, who was very attentive and welcoming. She helped me resolved an issue another member of staff inconveniently got wrong! All in all Lily was welcoming, helpful, and knows her job, a great asset to the team.

I dont usually write these reviews but an exception must be made in this case. The service SHAYM provide is exceptionally brilliant . Request to see him for most your general dental needs. If you're lucky enough to get an appointment, you will not be disappointed, he is a top guy.

Professional and thorough dental care with state-of-the-art appearing equipment. Receptionists are courteous and often busy but staff turnover here is high. Margarita and Ray served me recently and are a credit to their practice and Cambridge Dental Hub. I would recommend the dental care here although I have to say it is markedly highly priced.

After a bodged attempt by my dentist to remove a tooth that left me in agony.(because they are useless) I phoned the Hub and was seen the next day. My tooth was surgically removed by Margarita and her wonderful team. Tooth gone, pain gone. Thank you. Highly recommended. Only downside, no coffee for a week. But I can live with that.
