The dentist's are lovely and good at what they do the reception staff are horrendous for every scheduled appointment with out a doubt I'm late to be seen no apology just have to accept it for what it is

Useless place. Daughter has had her braces on 5 years and we have seen 5 different people and each of them say that the other is doing it wrong! Went for a appointment last week and she waited a hour and half in the waiting room only to be told they forgot about her.. and then they only changed the bands because the person who she was dealing with wasnt available.

Excellent dental care given to my 5 year old on her first ever dental appointment. Dr J Cortez made her feel at ease and gave her a positive experience.

St Marks Dentist practice. The manager, Moben Ahmed very disappointing. He is not caring of dental care, it is crystal clear. On two occasions hence I had to write this review. My last visit needed attention to some teeth but it was left. Not acceptable care at all if you need fillings it should be done. . Again he tried to leave it again on this visit (I had to wait 4 weeks for this appointment) that's when I had to ask him why he feels it's ok to neglect my teeth? His response my teeth are old. That is not proactive, preventitive dentistry training. He is unfit for purpose as a dentist manager and a dentist. This last visit he had some strange women leaning over to look into my mouth, to close! and not the dentist assistant! I was not asked or told what she was doing at my appointment which is not professional and breach of conduct of my NHS experience. I do not recommend this dentist. Avoid. The receptionist gentleman is always very helpful chap, 5* not so much the female dentist assistant who could do with her uniform being cleaned and ironed. I will not return until another senior dentist replaces him. NHS Dentristy at its lowest care.
