We had a large loft conversion project as well as bath refurbishing with Nick Wallace and his team. They are very professional, work to pre-agreed schedule and stick to original finance and provide high quality results. They are also very responsive to most last moment changes and corrections and happy to come back to iron out certain things if necessary. Overall highly recommended!

Highly recommended for quality and professional home renovation building projects. We have used Wallace for two major projects on our family homes and each time have been overwhelmed and impressed with the quality, attention to detail and efficient and personal service they provide. Wallace have been extremely accommodating to our needs and helped transformed our properties (a Victoria terrance and a 1920's semi) to become spacious and modernised homes, finished on time to a high standard and within our budget. We would recommend Wallace to anyone whos looking into a loft extension or home renovation you may have to wait to join the queue, and your house will be transformed to the home of your dreams.

We were very lucky to have Wallace Build do our loft conversion. They were brilliant at every stage. Everything was very well planned out and communicated in advance and when on site, they worked a full day, every day without fail, working very hard. The site was always left really tidy and there was minimal disruption to the house. They were very considerate of our neighbours and parking and always tried to minimise disruption on the street, something we and our neighbours all appreciated. Any questions we had were promptly answered and dealt with. They completed our build significantly ahead of schedule which was a huge bonus. We would not hesitate to recommend them, we were so pleased with all their work and they will definitely be our first port of call in the future.
