They take commissions in store, the rates are way lower than they actually say on the website, total scam, avoid it at all costs.

Avoid. Switched out quite a few USD for , and ended up with 100 to little. It was a large sum of money, and a lot of cash to count, and I thought the guy did very well but yet after counting about 16 times, and letting a banker count it, still 100 exactly too little. Obviously, so far absolutely no way of proving anything apparently. They can see exactly how many USD I gave them, but they can't seem to be able to tell me exactly how many they gave me? Seems very very strange, but if that's how manual it is then I guess that's how it works. I was promised a call by the manager, but no call came, still waiting. If this is resolved then I will happily change the review but for now I would be pretty careful about coming here. Don't want to be over reactive but there is no way I will ever be coming here again, I don't have 100 spare to needlessly throw away to to Sainsburys.

Going off of what Sandra Truilauskien has said, I think she has lied about everything to try and make this lovely bureau seem worse then hell itself. I went there last week to buy some euros, I asked why the online rate was different to the in-store rate and the old chap explained why it was different. he said something along the lines of the online rate is always better, like most things if you buy it online will be a little or quite a bit cheaper. I also asked is there any commission when I change money up and he said no what ever I charge you is because of the rate and nothing else. so I.e. 110 euros at the rate of 1.10 would cost me 100. So Sandra Truilauskien has lied about everything in her review and as a LOYAL CUSTOMER I WILL BE RETURNING HERE FOR MY CURRENCY AS THE OLD AND YOUNG CHAP HAVE BEEN SO PLEASED TO SERVE ME AS WELL AS MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS IV'E SEEN WHILE QUEUEING UP. ONE OF THE FEW THINGS THAT'S GOOD ABOUT THE ENTIRE SHOP AS THE SUPERMARKET SIDE AND CAFE SIDE OF THINGS ARE SLOWLY GOING DOWNHILL.
