Refused to both take a perfectly valid and Euro note because it had little bit of sellotape to prevent a small rip from ripping in further, claiming it was "damaged" AND to alternatively take a bigger note and break it down so that I could only exchange part of that. Ridiculous and in no way customer friendly.
