        CAUTION! FRAUD! This company takes payment upfront and will afterwards add fake fees for 'storage' or 'sending the parcel a second time because something went wrong'. If you look closely in their contract it says that YOU take FULL RESPONSIBILITY with everything THEY might mess up with the shipment. When I refused to pay these fakes charges they threatened me to seize my goods as repayment. The radiant reviews on the companies account are fake. When you pay close attention you see that the same reviews repeat over and over about shipping things to Canada. Please do yourself a massive favour and do NOT use their service. I have been stuck in a battle to get my things back from them for months now :(

        I had a three pieces of art to ship from Uk to Spain. The pack and send team were helpful from the first moment I got in touch, they continually communicated from beginning to end. My items were shipped in a crate that the interior was custom built to ensure all three pieces were individually protected, and overall almost invincible. The cost was worth the value they delivered.
